This Fire Rated GRP Roofing Topcoat has been developed to achieve a BROOF(t4) external fire classification when used as part of a compliant GRP roofing laminate.
What makes this product stand out is its flexibility. Unlike many branded systems that lock you into using every component from the same manufacturer, this topcoat can be used with any standard orthophthalic laminating resin. This allows installers to mix and match systems while still achieving a fully fire-rated GRP roof build-up.
Because of this, many professional installers regularly pair Trade Grade Roofing Resin with this topcoat, particularly on new build projects where fire performance is required by building regulations.
