450g Chopped Strand Mat (CSM) is the standard reinforcement used in most GRP fibreglass roofing systems. Manufactured from E-glass fibres with an emulsion binder, it provides the structural strength of the laminate when combined with polyester roofing resin.

The 450g weight offers an excellent balance of strength and workability, making it easy to handle around trims, corners and roofing details. Suitable for garage roofs, dormers, flat roof extensions, orangeries, garden rooms, new build flat roofs, full roof replacements and Roofcell overlay systems, for both DIY and professional GRP roofing installations.

This 450g Half Roll of chopped strand mat provides a convenient size for medium roofing projects while delivering the same laminate strength and performance as full rolls.
