Best Used With
- For maximum adhesion and durability, use with Smart Roofer Revive Primer.
Spreading Rates
- Smart Roofer Revive Primer: can be applied at a minimum of 0.1 Ltr/m², equivalent to 10m²/Ltr.
- Smart Roofer GRP Roof Revive: single coat minimum 1kg/m² or 1 Ltr/m², depending on the type and condition of the substrate.
Drying Rates
- Smart Roofer Revive Primer: can take up to 1–4 hours, weather dependent, and can be overcoated when dry.
- Smart Roofer GRP Roof Revive: up to 5 hours or overnight, depending on temperature and conditions.
- Full cure: up to 7 days.
- Application temperature: 5°C to 30°C.
Application System
- Clean: inspect the existing GRP roof to ensure the substrate is structurally sound and suitable for refurbishment. Remove dirt, moss, loose coatings and contaminants.
- Prime: apply Revive Primer evenly across the prepared GRP surface using a roller or brush, then allow it to dry fully before coating application.
- Apply: stir GRP Roof Revive thoroughly before use, then apply evenly using a brush or roller. Work in manageable sections for consistent coverage.
- Cure: allow the coating to fully cure before permitting foot traffic.
Colour Options
- Available in standard dark grey.
- Bespoke colours are available upon request.
