A250 Fascia/Drip/Gutter Trim (3m)

The A250 is the deepest of the A-type drip trims. Like the A200 it finishes the lowest edge of the roof so water drains into the gutter, and Cure It identifies it as particularly suited to warm roofs.

Where it is used

The low (drip) edge of a flat roof, typically on warm roof build-ups.

Installation note

Fix two support battens around the edge, the outer one 10mm lower than the inner so the trim sits flush. Run a continuous bead of Cure It Trim Adhesive along the batten, rub the trim into place and nail into the decking, never through the front face. On very low falls, plane 2mm off the deck edge so the trim sits flush. Fix with 13mm galvanised clout nails or a stapler into the decking: at each end, the middle, then 100mm centres. Use Cure It Trim Adhesive (silicone or general-purpose mastic is not suitable). Bandage every joint between trim sections and between trim and decking. Compatibility

Corners: C1, C2 and C4. The B300 raised edge trim is stated as compatible with the A250.
