A low-modulus, neutral-cure roof sealant designed for sealing flashing and leadwork in GRP roofing applications. Ideal for installing C100 simulated lead flashing trims, which are inserted into a brick mortar joint (or chased joint) and then sealed with a generous bead of Lead Mate to prevent water ingress. Fast curing and highly flexible, it bonds strongly to brick, concrete, metals, GRP and plastics, providing a tough, UV- and weather-resistant seal that won’t crack or shrink over time.
